1. These Terms
By booking a rental with Louée Monaé (a trading name of FASHIONQUIRK LTD, "we", "us", "our"), you ("the Hirer") agree to the terms below. They apply to every gown hired through our website, showroom, or by phone.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to rent from us. By placing a booking, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and complete, and that you're authorised to use the payment method provided.
3. Bookings & Payment
● A booking is confirmed once full payment of the rental fee and the refundable deposit have been taken.
● Prices are shown in GBP and include the rental fee; delivery costs and deposits are itemised separately at checkout.
● We reserve the right to substitute a gown of equal or greater value if your selected item becomes unavailable through no fault of yours, with a full refund offered as an alternative.

5. Delivery & Returns
● We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom. We do not currently offer international shipping.
● Three delivery options are available: Standard (free, 2–3 working days), Express (£6.99, guaranteed next working day), and Out-of-Hours (£50, same-day courier for London and the Home Counties: Essex, Kent, Surrey, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire).
● All returns are made using the prepaid Royal Mail Special Delivery label included with your order. You must use this service for returns — a late fee applies if any other method is used, or if the item isn't returned by your agreed return date.
● We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier disruptions, severe weather, public holidays, or other events outside our control.
6. Care of the Garment
Please avoid fake tan for 48 hours before wearing, avoid spraying perfume or deodorant directly onto the fabric, take care around food, drink and open flame, and do not attempt to clean, iron, steam or alter the gown yourself. Do not remove the security tag — removal before return may result in the deposit being withheld in full.
7. Sizing
Sizes shown are UK 6–24. We provide sizing information and measurements for every gown. If a gown doesn't fit, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
8. Cancellations & Extensions
Full cancellation and extension terms are set out in our Damage & Refund Policy.
9. Liability
You are responsible for the gown from the moment of delivery until it is signed for as received back at our returns address, including any loss or damage caused by a third party (e.g. photographer, venue, other guests).
10. Our Products
We make every effort to represent our products accurately, but colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device's screen. All product descriptions are subject to change without notice.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including images, text, and design — belongs to Louée Monaé and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without our written permission.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
