FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
You can reserve your Look as far ahead as you like. We recommend booking early, particularly for one-of-one pieces, to secure your date and size before someone else does.
A refundable security deposit is charged
alongside your rental fee at checkout. Once your Look is returned and passes inspection, your deposit is refunded to your original payment method — usually within 5 working days.
We always recommend checking the size guide on each product page carefully before booking, as fit can vary between designers. If your dress doesn't fit once it arrives, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery. If an alternative size is available and not currently rented out, we'll exchange it for you; otherwise, we'll process a return.
Fair wear and tear is never charged. For anything beyond that — tears, staining, missing embellishment and similar — charges are assessed against your deposit on a sliding scale, capped at the item's replacement value. Full details are in our Damage Policy.
Orders placed before 1pm are dispatched the same working day via Royal Mail tracked delivery; orders placed after 1pm are dispatched the next working day. Need it sooner? Out-of-hours same-day delivery is available for London and the Home Counties (Essex, Kent, Surrey, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Berkshire) for £50 — select this at checkout.
Yes — if you'd like to keep your Look a little longer, message us on WhatsApp or by email at least 48 hours before your original return date, and we'll do our best to accommodate it, subject to availability. Extension days are charged at the same daily rate as your original rental period. Requests made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in a £1 5 deduction from your deposit, as late changes affect our ability to prepare the dress for its next booking.
No — every Look is professionally dry
cleaned by us after each rental. Just return it as it arrived, no cleaning needed on your end.
Pop your Look back into the packaging it arrived in, attach the prepaid Royal Mail Special Delivery label included with your order, and post it on or before your agreed return date. Please use Royal Mail Special Delivery specifically — other services may not be trackable and could result in a late fee.
Our collection spans UK 6–24. Each product page shows the exact size(s) currently available for that piece.
Yes. More than 14 days before your delivery date, you'll receive a full refund minus a £15 admin fee. Within 14 days, we can offer a 50% refund of the rental fee. Within 48 hours of delivery, or once your order has been dispatched, bookings are nonrefundable.
