Service FAQs
We recommend booking 1 to 4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred dates. However, we also offer emergency next-day dispatch for last-minute occasions across the UK.
If your gown doesn't fit, simply notify us within 24 hours of delivery and return it unworn with tags attached. We will issue a full store credit or dispatch an alternative size where available.
A minor refundable deposit is pre-authorized at checkout and automatically released upon safe return and inspection of the garment.
No cleaning is required! Professional specialist dry cleaning and minor damage protection are included in every rental.
